Q1: How do I order?

A1: Below are the ordering options:

If you wish to select a product you like, click on "Add to Cart" button. This means that we will remember/ store the information about that particular item when you're ready to check out. You can always remove an item or change quantity from your cart. If you're not done shipping, click "Back to Shopping" button. If you're done, proceed to "Checkout" button.


List the items and quantity that you wish to buy, your name, contact details and address. We will feedback to you on the shipping cost. From there, just made payment on the total cost and we will ship the items to you. 


For international orders, you may check the current exchange rate at www.xe.com. We will revert with the prices in the currency of your preference including the shipping cost. If you opt to pay via credit card (pay pal), an email requesting for payment will be send to your email address with the total amount of your purchase.


Q2: How will I know if my order is being processed?

A2: We will confirm your order within 24 hours either via email or telephone. However, if you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please call us. Sometimes it may take 48 hours. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

 Q3: What are my payment options?

A3:

  1. Cheque or Money/Postal Order in Ringgit Malaysia (Or in USD value for International Orders)
    All cheques should be crossed and made payable to NUR AZLINA BINTI ZAHARI . Please send it to the address in the notification e-mail.

  2. ATM/Internet Bank Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer
    Kindly send us a copy of the bank remittance advice slip to inform us of the transfer. You can do so by fax, snail mail or email. Please email us to sales@lampinkain.com for our account information
  3. Secure online credit card payment – Paypal –> WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON

Credit Card transactions will be done via Paypal - a convenient and absolutely safe way of payment. This option is available only for purchases above RM150. Kindly go to "Payment Options" for more details.


Q4: Can I cancel or change my order?

A4: We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered. You may however arrange for easy exchanges after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.


Q5: Why the actual colors on the items received is different from what I’ve seen in the website?
A5: Since many computer monitors vary, actual colours of the items offered for sale may be a little different from what you see on these pages. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Q6: Do you provide gift wrapping service?

A6: If you wish to send LampinKain products as a gift to friends and families, we are happy to provide you gift wrapping service with a minimal charge. We will send the gift direct to the recipient. Please indicate this service when ordering with details of recipient and the address of delivery within your message.
