Shipping & Returns

Delivery Options in Malaysia:

We deliver to both East and West Malaysia. All products will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date we received your payment. In the event that there is delay to the shipment, we will revert to you via email/sms with the new delivery date.

Starting from 1 Sept 2009, there would be two shipping options available which are Registered Parcel (NOT insured) and Pos Laju via Pos Malaysia. Shipping & handling fee is FREE for purchases more than RM250 via Registered Parcel (You may upgrade to Pos Laju by selecting the Pos Laju option).

Self pickup (Store Pickup) is also available at Menara TM (Kerinchi) or LRT Plaza Pantai.  There would be no Shipping & Handling Fee for this option. However this service are based on our staff availability and by appointment only. Please call 013-3947813 for an appointment.

Return & Exchanges Policy

1. We’re committed in providing high quality products.  If our products has manufacturing defect, you may return it for repair, a full refund, or replacement (at the discretion of LampinKain). Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase on, new, unused and unwashed of defective products.

   
   

2. If you have used the diaper and do not like the diaper due to whatever reasons other than its manufacturing defects, you may return the diaper to us within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Diapers must arrive unstained, clean, stink-free and dry. Diapers arriving in unacceptable condition will be returned.

Note: If you are ordering a new size for the first time, please… only wash and use one item to check the sizing. This will to save you if the sizing is not correct and you need to send them back to us

3. Original shipping charges on returned products are non-refundable. Shipping cost for all returned product are to be borne by the customer.

   
   

4. All Returns must be accompanied by authorisation number and a copy of the original sales receipt. To obtain authorisation number, please email your request to sales@lampinkain.com before shipping.

   
   

5. LampinKain will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipment
   
   
6. Diapers sold as seconds, discounted or special price are not eligible for returns or replacements through this site.
